What is accessibility?

Accessibility refers to the availability/access of information by the widest possible audience defined by the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

Interpreting and translating service

Interpreting and translating services are available to residents who may be non-English speaking. These services are free for residents and ratepayers who do not speak English and may need assistance when accessing City services.

Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) can be contacted on 13 14 50 at any time.
