Living Longer Living Stronger

Living Longer Living Stronger is a strength based training and exercise program for over 50s. It aims to improve health, quality of life and fitness. All assessments and programs are conducted by our qualified Personal Trainers who will design a program to achieve the individuals needs and goals. Seniorsational

Tuesdays from 10:30am during school terms only.

Offers a fun and exciting range of activities to encourage healthy lifestyles and awareness. The program includes a variety of activities from bush walks, mini golf even kayaking. The program runs in conjunction with the school terms. With the flexibility of no bookings, just turn up on the day and join in the fun. Term 3 Program. Term 4 Program.

Revitalise Aqua

A group fitness class designed to increase strength and aerobic fitness in the water, using pool noodles, aqua dumbells and kick boards as resistance. Conducted in our Hydrotherapy Pool, Revitalise Aqua caters for all fitness levels with qualified instructors who can offer a variety of exercise options.
