Living Longer Living Stronger

Living Longer Living Stronger is a strength based training and exercise program for over 50s. It aims to improve health, quality of life and fitness. All assessments and programs are conducted by our qualified Personal Trainers who will design a program to achieve the individuals needs and goals. Seniorsational

Tuesdays from 10:30am during school terms only.

Offers a fun and exciting range of activities to encourage healthy lifestyles and awareness. The program includes a variety of activities from bush walks, mini golf even kayaking. The program runs in conjunction with the school terms. With the flexibility of no bookings, just turn up on the day and join in the fun. Current program. Term 3 Program.

Revitalise Aqua

A group fitness class designed to increase strength and aerobic fitness in the water, using pool noodles, aqua dumbells and kick boards as resistance. Conducted in our Hydrotherapy Pool, Revitalise Aqua caters for all fitness levels with qualified instructors who can offer a variety of exercise options. 

SilverSport

The following SilverSport packages have been developed to take advantage of the SilverSport funding currently being offered through Council and the Department of Sport and Recreation.  Please note that your approved application must be presented to claim your subsidy.

SilverSport off-peak membership is valid from 12 to 3pm daily and includes Aquatics and Gym.  The aquatics component includes use of the 25m pool, leisure pool, spa and steam room, plus the hydro pool during public session times. The gym component includes the weights and cardio rooms, plus personalised workout programs (please book at the front desk). This membership is $200 per year and may be fully subsidised for eligible members.

SilverSport Water Volleyball membership is valid for water volleyball on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.  Equipment is provided.  This membership is $200 per year and may be fully subsidised for eligible members.

SilverSport Badminton membership is valid for social badminton on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30am during school terms only.  There is an annual joining fee of $25 and an enrolment fee of $44 per school term and may be fully subsidised for eligible members.  Tea, coffee, nets and shuttlecocks are provided, BYO racquet.  

SilverSport funding may also be used towards any other Gold, Silver or Bronze membership, Yoga classes, Swimming Lessons, Active Women's Program or SeniorSational.
