Changes to Direct Debit

Change to dishonour fee for direct debits

From 27 September 2017, Kwinana Recquatic will be utilising a new Direct Debit provider. This change is one of many significant system upgrades designed to improve the customer experience for all members and patrons.

As a result of the change there will be an adjustment to the fee incurred for dishonoured payments. From 27 September 2017, all dishonoured payments will incur a fee of $12.00. Fortnightly processing of direct debits will continue as scheduled.
