SPA & STEAM ROOM

• Access permitted to persons 16 yrs and over
• Please shower before entering these areas
• Limit use to 15 minutes at one time
• Persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes and high or low blood pressure should consult their  doctor
• Pregnant women should use these areas only with approval of their doctor
• Always use a towels in this facility

For the comfort and safety to both patrons and yourself the following are not allowed

• Eating & Drinking
• Glass Wear
• Newspaper or Magazines
• Swearing & Disruptive Behavior

Under NO circumstance are you to submerge your head under the water whilst in the spa

Spa & Steam Room area closes at 7.00pm on Thursday for detailed cleaning

HYDROTHERAPY POOL

The hydrotherapy pool can provide relief from arthritis, back and neck pain, sport and other injuries,

Cerabal Palsy and other medical conditions, when used in conjunction with a medically approved program.

Hydrotherapy programs range from swimming lessons from babies to adults, aqua aerobics, public

sessions and exclusive physiotherapy usage. Additionally, the hydro pool is available for exclusive

hire for a range of activities which could include aqua volleyball, sport training or recovery sessions

or even you child's next birthday party.
