HBA


A 30 minute workout targeting your hips, butt and abdominals.

HIRT (High intensity resistance training)


Utilises free weights, suspension, body weight and other functional training tools to increase strength, cardio and muscle endurance, core strength and power while maintaining a high intensity to burn maximum calories.

Spin It / Bar


A combination of spin and weights, containing 30min of spin and 30min of barbell exercises.

An intense 30 minute ride with climbs and sprints.

Step


Freestyle body toning class working you from head to toe.

Tone It


A freestyle class that improves your cardiovascular fitness. The ultimate workout for your butt & thighs.

Aqua Fit


Burns calories & utilises water resistance for muscle strengthening & toning.

Core Blitz


A 30 minute class targeting your core and abdominals.

Revitalise Aqua


Aqua aerobics class designed for seniors.

Yoga


Progressive series of postures and breathing exercises to increase strength and flexibility, metabolic activity and overall fitness.

Revitalise Gym


Land based class designed for seniors.

Pilates


A total body Pilates workout featuring classical Pilates exercises with and without Pilates equipment on the Pilates mat.

Spin It Express


An intense 30 minute ride with climbs and sprints.

Express Bar


A complete 30 min strength and conditioning bar class to help shape and tone.

Aqua Ai Chi


A blend of Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga style stretching and peaceful meditation in the quiet surroundings and warmth of the Hydrotherapy Pool. Improves sleep, strengthens the immune system, balance, strength, co-ordination, flexibility, mind and body health calmness and wellbeing. Reduces stress and tension.

Enerchi


A blend of Pilates, Barre, Yoga based style of exercise and stretching to tone, strengthen and lengthen. Finish the class with a meditation to calm and energize the mind, body and soul.

Box Fit


A boxing class utilising freestanding bags and focus mits, increasing cardio fitness and endurance

Roll n Stretch


Myofacial release using foam rollers, acupressure balls and other tools, increase flexibility, mobility and help release those tight muscles

MetaFit


A 30min metabolic HIIT workout designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible

Cardio Bar


A full body workout combining conditioning and cardio into the one workout. Increases muscle tone and cardio fitness.

Step & Burn


A circuit style workout including step and resistance exercise to maximise calorie burning and toning

Gravity


Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability using the suspension trainer

Functional Training 5:30am


5:30am - 8:00am Fully Supervised, Gold members only: Incorporates functional movement patterns like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying and gait patterns to provide you with the strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility that you need to thrive as you move through your life and sports.

Functional Training 11:30am


11:30am - 1:30pm Fully Supervised, Gold members only: Incorporates functional movement patterns like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying and gait patterns to provide you with the strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility that you need to thrive as you move through your life and sports.

Functional Training 7:00pm
