Hydrotherapy Pool

The indoor heated hydrotherapy pool is 8m x 12m and is available for rehabilitation, swimming lessons, exercise and health programs. Utilize the water resistance to make you stronger, toned and burn heaps of calories. If you have past injuries then this is a great low impact class for you. The Hydrotherapy Pool provides state of the art equipment including disabled access. The water and air temperature is maintained to offer prime conditions for therapeutic use and used predominately for rehabilitation and swim school. When used in conjunction with a medically approved program, hydrotherapy can provide relief for arthritis, back and neck pain, sport and other injuries, Cerebral Palsy as well as other medical conditions. The benefits of Hydrotherapy for rehabilitation include improve general fitness by muscle strengthening, joint mobilization, pain relief, promotes relaxation, also assists in improving balance and coordination.

Heated Spa & Sauna

Feel like you have had a hard day and need to relax? Indulge in the Spa and Steam Room, just the thing for relaxation and therapy. 16 years of age, minimum entry.

Leisure Pool

Suitable for children of all ages, but children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult. The Leisure Pool features a water jet propelled whirlpool and bubble jet spa. As well as a children's swimming pool with water fountains.

Café Splash

Meet our new café manager, master chef and extraordinary friendly staff member. Enjoy a delicious variety of hot food, cold snacks, healthy food, delicious cakes and fantastic coffee. Remember you can enjoy the café during normal operating times without paying to enter the centre.

Creché

While you are enjoying activities at the centre be confident your children are cared for in our Crèche. With plenty of activities and equipment for babies of 6 weeks to 6 years to keep them entertained and friendly staff ensuring a safe and happy environment. Crèche fees are $2.80 per hour for the first child and $2.20 per hour for the second child.

Outdoor Recreation Area

Perfect for family barbecues and outdoor activities such as cricket and football. The outdoor recreation areas is completely contained and is suitable for everyone to enjoy. Complete with beautiful landscaped gardens and plenty of cover. Ideal for summer and great for those sunny clear days.
