AquaticsLap swimming is extremely beneficial for both aerobic and anaerobic fitness, for muscle building and toning, for increasing lung capacity and improving circulation and it can be an enjoyable social experience. We accommodate for fast lap swimmers and medium paced swimmers as well as leisurely lap swimmers and those wishing to simply walk laps. The lifeguards at our centre work to keep these lap lanes free from all other swimmers and any inconveniences or interruptions such as children playing with balls in water.
